It is the administrative wing of the Municipal Corporation Batala. The function of branch is to have over all control and coordination among various branches and departments of the Corporation. It is headed by the Executive officer of the Corporation. This department is deals with Preparation of bye-Laws/Rules, Establishment matters, Redressal of public grievances, Information under the Right to Information Act, Implementation/introduced various schemes sponsored by the Central/State Govt and all correspondence with the general public, State Govt., other Govt. departments etc.
